This project proposes a redesign of a deteriorated house on Yushan Island in Zhoushan, China. Part of the original exterior wall was preserved, while a new internal framework of steel and glass was introduced to transform the space into a café. The foundation was raised to improve the connection between the site and the housing behind it. The model was built using foam core, plastic sheets, plastic rods, and landscape model materials to represent the terrain and architectural details.
